Just to be clear, the link for the form is to your local C: drive, specifically C:\Users\Nicks and that link has no meaning to any web browser, unless, for example, I have that path and file on my own local computer.
If you look at the page it clearly says that the available forms are in blue hyperlinks. If the form is not a blue hyperlink it is not available. If the form is in black we are working on it but if you suggest it we will work on it faster. If the reader would like us to post a form suggest it. Suggestions are sent to my email. I am very busy with bankruptcy and foreclosure work but we do read the email and we do put generating new forms on our task list and eventually add forms to the website. Please report any hyperlinks that do not work and we will fix them immediately. If you request a form and give us an email we will work on providing it and post it to the website eventually but we may not post it for a week or so. Forms are a general guide. Also some forms such as a request for a change in custody also require a supporting affidavit showing a compeling reason for the change in custody.
Merely showing that the child would have a better home is normally not enough you have to show that the child is endangered or at risk for a change in custody. Reading the book helps. Being in a rush and not following directions will only make the matters worse in divorce court.
