Available Kentucky Divorce forms are in blue.  Here are the forms and a manual that explain how to file for Divorce in Kentucky.  These divorce forms are used daily in Louisville and Jefferson County.  Also included are the official divorce forms from the Jefferson County Family court you would have to purchase for 20 dollars for one set of printed forms.   Our divorce forms will work not just in Louisville but in all Kentucky counties unless there is a special form such as the child support modification form that only Fayette county uses.   When it is available we will also list any special form.  

You can download these Kentucky divorce forms and modify them for the facts involving your particular case and print as many copies as you need.  Donations allow us to keep this How to file for Divorce website up and running for our community.  Included in these How to file for Divorce forms are the other divorce forms you may need such as the summons.   The only form that we cannot provide is the VS 300 for a divorce which you must get from the county court clerk because it is printed in a custom size on special paper for the bureau of vital statistics in Frankfort and must be submitted when you file your divorce.
